1. Contracting Parties

Jakub Sliwa, Studio Panopticum is your contracting partner if you order books via this website.

2. Concluding the contract

This online presentation is no binding offer, but our invitation to send us your orders. As soon as you press the button “Buy Now” and give us your contact information you are sending a binding offer to us. Payment is made with PayPal, Credit Card or other payment methods in the ordering process. We will confirm without undue delay the receipt of your offer and, if possible, the acceptance.

3. 14-days withdrawal right

Jakub Sliwa, Studio Panopticum grants you a right to withdraw your order without any reason by sending us a written withdrawal notice within 14 days after you received your ordered books. To meet the time limit for your withdrawal notice you have to return the book(s) postmarked within the 14 days period to the following address: Jakub Sliwa, Studio Panopticum, ul. Zawila 44L, 30-390 Krakow, Poland.

4. Retention of Title

All books remain property of Jakub Sliwa, Studio Panopticum until fully paid.

5. Price, Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euros and include Polish VAT, if applicable. Import duties and sales tax may apply in addition to the specified total amount. Additional shipping costs, depending on the destination of delivery, may apply and are displayed during the ordering process.

6. Warranty

Jakub Sliwa, Studio Panopticum warrants the quality of its products according to the Polish Law. For claims other than personal injuries or death, our obligation for claims is reduced to willful misconduct or gross negligence by us or by our auxiliary persons; this constraint shall not be applicable, if you are a consumer. Should you notice any transport damages, please claim it immediately with the shipping company and send us your documentation.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your personal data and the European Data Privacy Regulations. Any personal data submitted by you is used and processed by us only for fulfillment of our contractual obligations.
